If the former is the case, it's nice that for once, layoffs are affecting somebody from the ELT. It's always us peons who keep paying the price of their mismanagement.

She was canned.
Kelly M. is the replacement. Very incompetent but no surprise. Company promotes ignorant people without real accomplishments and then they wonder why they are loosing to Sephora and their stock tanked.
Fired and many layoffs. Poor leadership
In any case, I hope we get somebody better to replace her.
