These je-ks may as well put a chip in employees and require them to wear it 9hours a day!

People shouldn't have to make meetings for every piece of work they do. Already forced to badge in, if I want to help someone in-person, at their desk, it shouldn't need to be tracked. Either get rid of badge swipes because you don't trust workers to do work in the office anyway or only track badge swipes and stfu about what's done while in-office.

Salaried workers getting shown less trust than entry-level service workers. Embarrassing.

This shows the average IQ of all these newbies in the offices. Winging it and making it all up along the way. Sad!

The meetings are getting ridiculous. If I stop and chat for 5 minutes in the hallway on way to bathroom when I get back to my desk there a calendar invite for a 5 minute meeting. Quite the culture we’ve developed here

Sapience showed me in a meeting. I had a personal appointment blocking time on my calendar. The 2 people on it were my work email and my personal email.

It helps cover the times I am helping someone without a meeting and away from my computer

The smart ones realize you need 3 people on the call for it to track properly.

It’s because they’re tired of c*nts like you monitoring them and stacking the deck against them.
