This person has been trolling harder than anyone I’ve encountered, and they seem to be getting under people’s skin. Who cares what this person thinks. Let’s all do ourselves a favor and ignore them. It makes no sense. My team is spread across different states and geos as it is. Someone is always working from home. And if I have to work from home during what should be off hours, I won't always be in the office during the on hours.
The best reason to ignore him is that he is not an Intel employee. If you do leave a comment be sure to mention that. He doesn’t work for Intel.
Agreed. Working from home was a failed experiment during the pandemic. Smart people knew it wouldn't really stop the spread of the virus and productivity would be hurt, but they played along with the crowd until the data became so overwhelming that even an id--t has to acknowledge it was bad policy.
Yeah this debate is over. Federal government workers are ordered BTO and Intel will too... or it will fail. Even then it might fail. But make no mistake, BTO it will be.

Can Intel just announce BTO and warn to layoff all that do not comply and focus on more important issues? What are the concerns here?
Suspect will not stop until we are back to office. I am hearing chatter about this mandate from the higher ups. I would suggest you begin to warm up to the idea and start making work friends inside the office.
