When I tell my friends about this place and the monitoring and other BS here, they can’t believe it. It is embarrassing to say yo work for Fiserv. Most of my friends work in fintech and nobody has anything like this. It is like a prison camp. Is anyone really happy here and shills and c suite don’t count.

Only thing decent is my team and immediate manager. They are just as fed up as I am

You got major internal problems when a firm decides to eliminate something as simple as plastic cutlery in the break rooms. I've worked at worse places but even those abusive cucks provided essentials.
I am aware that's a minor thing to complain about but you need to think about it more and the message it's sending to associates.
