Phone lost access to my email this afternoon and my work laptop can't connect to the internet. Now I have to go in tomorrow knowing full well what's about to happen. I wonder why they couldn't just Old Yeller me before I left today? Seems sort of cruel. Part of me wants to believe it's not the case but I just know the warning signs too well. Oh well, 10 years isn't a bad run

The jobs ae customer facing, project managers and even engineering. Basically everything is under the threat of outsourcing. Comcast Business customer will are and will continue to suffer badly.
Sorry for my d-mb question, but are those customer-facing jobs going to India and Manila being done by Comcast-badged employees or third parties? Is the CIEC in India all Comcast employees (IT, developers, cybersecurity, etc)?
I hope it's not the case but it definitely sounds like it is for you tomorrow. I worked at Comcast Business myself for years. I love my department I love my co-workers but then I watched outsourcing in third parties getting involved and without a doubt down the line outsourcing would eventually reach even my department. That was the reason why I left and really truly didn't want to. Comcast does not care about the quality that their business customers are getting they are outsourcing to individuals that are very subpar and that is not sour grapes, it is a demonstrated fact. I wish you luck and everyone at Comcast luck as well.
