Is the layoff tomorrow affecting Optum at Home and if so what markets?

The Care Navigation department for the At Home Program is hiring in many states at the moment.
My understanding is the layoffs are across Optum at Home and could involve any number of products. People would likely get an impromptu meeting scheduled with upper management via email so be on the look out!
