Ugh.
If you're concerned about DEI, all you're telling me is that your a mediocre, lackluster employee without any noticeable talent.
They're not going around and replacing skilled employees with DEI hires, so the only people that need to worry are the ones that shouldn't really have their jobs, anyhow.
