Was told by a manager that there are definitely RIFs happening onshore tomorrow to at least their team on the Optum side.

Scripted lay off calls made 1/23/25. 400++ gone. Navi/Home and Community HHCC entire department wiped last day 3/31. SCMs, CTMs gone for both SICC and preservice side.
Will there be any more lay-offs? Particularly for Pre-service (PSC) department of Home & Community (formerly Navihealth)?

I'm ready. A RIF is a gift at this point. 12 weeks of severance is more than I'll get in bonus or equity awards.
