BTO guy: people who slack from home are the problem!!
Me: naw people who slack slack because they know their projects don’t matter any more. The lack of direction right now — that is the problem. More direction -> less slackers

The projects don't matter anymore. We all know that. We also know not to believe anything MJ & DZ say! And we know that much bigger layoffs are coming.
The issues of whether the company has a viable direction or the projects were busywork being irrelevant, of course.
OP, I agree slackers will slack but being onsite I believe it’s more visible, then something can be done about them.
