I got only 1% raise as my manager told me that my salary is already high as compared to peers. I had 2S in my rating.
What is the point in struggling so hard, getting 2S to get only 1% raise.

Same story. No raise. The day after a great earnings report. They say we’re high, but must not adjust the charts for inflation. So disappointing.
I got 2% raise this year and only a $2k bonus as a 602. Been getting $2k bonus for 4 years straight :-(
Yea I got a 1.5% raise this year which is the lowest I've had after being here for almost 10 years in various roles and job levels. Honestly, kind of insulting.
3yrs straight with all Strong ratings, but since I’m “at the peak for my position” I haven’t received an increase since 2021. Chase has never done a great job of taking care of its top employees. Instead they are increasing the lower performers every year to bring them closer to what I make. This is why I stand behind trump and say get rid of DEI. $0 bonus as well.
I asked my mortgage company if they accept “atta-boys” instead of fiat currency. Unfortunately only Chase deals in that currency

I got all S's and got 1%. Quiet Quit, not doing more, taking longer breaks, no ki-ling myself for a freaking company who had 29% overall profit in 2024!!! FJD

I got 2 % and was told it was a LOT more than others.
I work at a competitor, and I got 2 (exceeds) which should give you a 5% increase, but I only got a 2% increase. I got the same explanation that you received.
I was hired as VP in Q1 2024 and didnt get a raise at all. Only got a bonus, not sure if its because my base salary pay is at the top of the salary range.
