I have heard multiple times "restructure" ,new culture, new management pyramid etc..
Next week is last week before Feb,this has me assume if jobs are being eliminated we are days away

Is everyone's concensus that by Feb 13 all if any corporate cute would be complete & company is officially for "Spring Board" culture change?
Someone mentioned RTO 5 days a week. Not true. First of all, there isn’t enough space which is why we’re all still reserving seats still. Secondly, that would largely disrupt what a lot of people are accustomed to and the reaction would be bad.
Remote work is dead, RTO 5 days a week.
New culture coming 2/13 - quarterly check in questions will include ‘how can we help you grow?’ (meaning, promotions and further growth in the store)
If you’re currently with the company and had your 2 & 1 discussed with your manager. This WILL play a factor going forward. Best of luck
Senior leadership is rolling out a new culture strategy and distancing itself from terminology and catchphrases used under Jeff.
I suppose the hope is that we will dissociate the negative feelings towards the past and use this to “spring board” ourselves into the bold new chapter.
If you don’t have a meeting on 2/13 your PL does and CSG and Tony will be rolling out the new strategy. No clue on the details, but you can read some rumors throughout posts on here.
I see that we're taking down some posters, etc in the store (colleague directed posters, not customer facing) in preparation for something new. Probably something similar like when MAGIC went away and whatever took it's place. I wouldn't get too worked up about it

Culture change?
Probably layoffs and one person will be doing the job of three people. Whenever a manager or executive starts giving cryptic messages about changes, it’s time to start looking for a new job.
It's also what I'm wondering. An executive on tech side nwas saying something about a huge culture change starting in February, what is that supposed to mean? my team has work but I have no idea when or if the shoe will drop but I agree that if it does it'll probably be next week. I hope I'm wrong
