The word is that the swipe monitoring is being enhanced to deduct the in and out times during the day. Example lunch break, smoking, walks, going to car, etc.

Coming soon…ankle monitors
The current report is only first on and last out. But not for long. Too bad Fiserv don’t put this type of effort into our necessary systems.
Everyone on the “outside” cannot believe how awful this practice is…this place does not deserve good employees
I heard they are adding badge scanners to the bathrooms now. You need to drop and go. No more "leisurely" bathroom breaks!
This is sarcasm but honestly it wouldn't suprise me if they did this!
Then they will ban bringing lunch to the office. You must buy from there or don't eat.
They should not be able to stop you from leaving the fu--ing building to take lunch or run an errand for your lunch hr. that shouldn't be legal
Nah it was first in last out, I saw the report. Maybe they are changing it now
It's always been that way.
I don’t think this is new. I received formal communication from my manager that badging out for anything (e.g. lunch) would count against my time.
I bring lunch every day and eat it in the office while I point and click in applications that Sapience approves of.
What if I just swipe in and out a bunch of times to fu-k with the reporting and then say I need fresh air and don’t take a lunch so this is my designated time I take to myself?
