so notice if they fire you, costs are lowered, the share price rises, board members happy :-)

True, not all senior people are useless, but more than half are. Qcom has always been top-heavy. You don't need senior people with 2-3 people (sometimes none!) reporting to them. Flat-out wasteful. Prune the deadwood out!

Yes, hire 2-3 engineers at a salary of 1 senior person. Even better, offshore that job and hire 10-15 engineers for the money. All those engineers will do a tons of work, tons of useless work. If the senior people were that useless, Q won’t be paying millions to hire them. But yeah, the ones who are not contributing should be fired

More efficient? Get rid of all the dead weight dir, sr dir, vp's and replace them with engineers. You could easily hire 2+ eng for each's salary. This would be $s spent on actual work rather than on bs management that offers no real value. I don't understand how qcom continues to miss this simple fact... duh!
If you are waiting to be a multi-millionaire from Q stock, I highly doubt that. Different CEOs came and left, Q stock still didn’t move. Look at the chart. Your favorite SM didn’t make a dent either, anyone name some good things he did?
Don’t know about CA, Akash but hating on Leendert clearly says you don’t pay attention in meetings. He is trying to fix the fundamental development problems Q faces and making us more efficient
Qualcomm is getting ready to run. Qi’s market cap is nothing compared to the big players. Q can mess up everything and still 5xs it market cap just bc Ndvida won’t be able to fill all the orders… it simple math and lets you know how sad some of the employees on here are! Q has been firing people before it got the Nokia and Apple contract … and under people are still complaining … not saying Q is the best place to work but Q has a future and the stock is going to run even without Q being leading edge
This is an interesting post. ARM and Q are basically business partners… Q uses ARMs architecture in all its chips … so yes ARM and Q are equal… although ARM has exploded more over the past 5 years… Q should be able to run over the next 5
