We can't even get a bonus big enough to buy a recliner or sofa, wth. It get's worse, this is the least amount of hours I've worked ever!! It's a sh-tshow, watching 2 departments and helping a 3rd. Quit hiring and give hours to the people on the books, sheesh, we are your customers also and were mad we have no hours.

I simply cannot wait until judgment day when we will all witness the thousands of CEOs from all the greedy, evil, pathetic companies they've "ran" be thrown into an eternity of fire. The way marvin throws around "god bless" will only be more ironic as he tries to explain to God why he made the decisions he made on Earth. What will a man give in exchange for his soul?

Yall… as a Vegas local( and Lowes employee). Working this event is truly sickening. All these store managers get a plus one, put up in the Venetian hotel ( paid for by Lowes), have raffles for giveaways for tablets, vacations and one year I worked they raffled a brand new Chevy truck. They get catered lunch every single day ( also get breakfast and dinner reimbursement on there PCARDS) so managers are getting steak and lobster or hitting up Gordon Ramsey. One year while I was working I was “hand picked” with another associate to partner with a bell hop of the Venetian to deliver goody bags to all the store managers and drop them off the their hotel rooms while they were in a meeting ( as a surprise from Lowe’s) guess what was in said bag… new iPhones…. It is truly sickening to see the wastefulness of resources and seeing how Lowes associates bust their a** to pay for this yearly luxury meanwhile we get nothing, no attempt at vacations or cool prizes.

Corporations sold out the American Worker and our Country long ago. A person does Not become filthy rich by being a benevolent individual.
The top 1-2% lifestyle vs. everyone else. Can anyone on this planet even act surprised anymore? For the rest of us, get back to work as you have more to do now that your hours got cut yet the Vegas management crowd expects the same total work output from you. (PS I am being cynical in the last statement, I say let the place spin as it goes down the toilet).
