It’s a good approach, though I’m sorry for the hybrids. I’m unsure why they need to change their mandate to full RTO. As it stands, the majority of remote workers, including the really good and competent ones, will remain. We often forget that, as workers, we rely on those who, by virtue of their skills, form the backbone of our teams — they make the job easier for the rest of us. When conditions worsen, those people tend to leave first, because they have the option to do so.

You are mistaken if you believe anything is 'good for remote workers.' Your pay is frozen and will decline against inflation without raises or promotions. Expect increased micromanagement and lofty goals to force you out without severance. If you're remote and not actively seeking a new job and planning to leave on your own terms, you're making a serious mistake.
Remotes has been given notice to move closer. Mandate 5 days a week for all unfortunately or get a another job somewhere else.
what is APPLE doing? because MSD has a copy of the APPLE playbook and is copying it word for word.....
Just like Mr. McDowel in the movie Coming to America... he had McDonald's playbook and was copying it word for word....

Remotes will be given 12 months to relocate closer to an office

Dude you keep posting here about this, but can’t say where you had it “confirmed” and I really hope you’re ready for massive disappointment because Dell is copying every other tech giant (it’s their brand) so… make sure to bring wipes for wherever you can find a seat.
