Just found out on a conference call yesterday. Instead of your branch having to meet goal to get a quarterly bonus now your region has to meet goal. Which Truist knows will never happen. So now we will be lucky to get a raise or incentive.

That’s as interesting as Florida snow. To my understanding, these conversations were going to be discussed in February. Maybe you’re a different grade, not sure. If this is true, I feel sorry for TM because our RL only cares about chasing broads and doesn’t get into the weeds with performance.
