I’ve been eyeing a new role that feels like a better fit, but I’m torn. With RTO happening and likely layoffs coming next, I’m not sure if jumping ship right now might hurt me. I’m probably overthinking it, but I’m curious, has anyone switched teams recently? Did it go okay?

Why would "jumping ship" hurt you? Its 2025 noone stays in a role more than 2-3 years.
