Once a thriving company, Fiserv is now just a shadow of what it used to be. Loyal, hardworking employees are let go, while the real dead weight sits pretty, thanks to connections higher up. It's frustrating to watch as bad decisions fueled by greed slowly destroy what could’ve been a great future for everyone.

@f4+1jj6h7z8s your reading comprehension is lacking. OP and others are saying that they are doing great work, but the nepos and brown nosers lacking in skills remain and destroy the company.

I worked 50+ hours a week, weekends for go lives, came in during RTO, reviews are always meet expectations or higher and I still got let go.
Future of the country too
Unfortunately, this is what happens to every company beholden to shareholders.
This company is broken, but so is the system.
