Hybrids about to get messed around soon with RTO 5 days a week and remotes get off free !

What about remotes that are within commuting distance to an office. Do they have the same year window, or are they going to be forced to immediately switch to office based?
Remotes are being told they have 12 months to relocate closer to an office. and to RTO.... or be removed from the work force.
Just how is RTO 5 days a week = Hybrid?
Not like I wanted hybrid. Swapped positions and got a promotion, but now Im ratfu---d into hybrid. Coffee badge till I can't
from where I sit, nothing has changed so far.
