Until this week is over, I don't see that changing. I'm starting to think that being laid off might be the preferable option to this constant torture.

I’m going to continue to work as normal. For my department my job is repetitive but needs and English speaker and native to go over documents and call providers and members. I always meet productivity and don’t have any write ups or occurrences. So I hope I don’t lose my job. But if I do I know it will be noticed because I catch other team members mistakes and find myself constantly correcting information.
