I can’t wait to see how HR or Communications spin the “anonymous survey results” that they sent out to all employees after the 5 hour snoozefest last week. There is no way anyone at the company (other than the executives that presented) responded with positive feedback yet we all know that they will say something like “the feedback from IMM Survey was overwhelmingly positive and employees are engaged and happy. Plus morale has never been higher!! Thanks to all those that participated as we appreciate everyone’s feedback.”

It's about as anonymous as the employee feedback/survey ones are especially when they keep sending a "reminder" to your email that you haven't submitted it yet...
is it really anonymous can they know who submits the survey?
Hope that they got a good case of red a-s.
It was a negative for me because of the speaker unprofessional way, cursing and also going political.
This made me LOL. Sadly, this is very accurate.
