What’s the word on bonuses? Target, under, or none?

Yes. An old fashioned lay-off is called for where after an outdoor meeting they escort those who are fired to their offices to collect their things. Too bad they didn’t do it just prior to the December holidays for maximum pain.
They are an entitled generation. Easy for the writers of Landman to show an industry of extreme excesses... It's still alive and well and posting on this board. A good downturn might wake them up.
You people are so spoiled. Not only do you get every other Friday off but you have WFH on Monday and Friday. Have you ever been shopping on a Monday. The stores are packed even in the morning or the early afternoon. People are taking advantage of the system. Sure I guess they can get their minimal job done but think of how they are cheating the company by not doing more than the minimal amount to keep their job. The WFH breeds lazy good for nothing people. Time to get back to the office.
She also favors DT now. This person is the biggest mo--n that ever walked this earth. Listening to him spew nonsense about California water resources and drill baby drill
makes me want to vomit. How could you VH ever support this trash.
@qk+1jj5emd2p - Only way I see us losing WFH Monday and Friday is if Vicki retires. One thing I have seen in her is the willingness to take care of employees, and at our last meeting with her she said WFH was fine. As long as she is our CEO I think WFH with the Balanced Work Week will be fine as is.
Heard that the 130% bonus comes along with no more work from home after March. You have choices to make.
@pr+1jj5emd2p 130% huh? 2023 was 165%. 130% is better than 100% or less.
Payout will be early March.
130%
@ay+1jj5emd2p - you don't get invited to many parties, do you?
The company won’t care about the stock price as long as employees get bonuses. Cut the bonus and maybe they will care.
Stock is down a buck forty two today and you care concerned about your bonus. Please tell me what you did to deserve it?. Is the target to lose money? Kind of hope you are disappointed just like the rest of us.
Haven't heard anything yet but, seems like we did decent this year.
