Can anybody tell me that this new guy is positive in any way? Looks like he was universally hated at his old company. All he did was fire people, and then he got fired. WTF does Bain see in him? I think we’re cooked.

There's two different plans that are available. There's the long term plan with vests in 3-5 years, and there's the plan that gives you a flat rate year to year.
If you're not part of the 3-5yr plan, you should be updating your resume.
If you think your bonus blows, wait until you read the fine print of your equity plan.
This new incentive plan blows, my target bonus for 2026 has gone down substantially, I am guessing everyone else is in the same boat? Has anyone's remained the same or gone up?
Good riddance to TS! Maybe he didn’t like this new pathetic compensation package they rolled out?
Sipp is gone. "Decided to move on"
Has anybody received their compensation information yet? They keep promising this, and it never comes. Is it just me?
Yes he fired Sharon.
Is it just speculation that he fired Sharon? Why was she fired? It is odd that she left right as the new incentive plan is about to take effect, maybe their was a disagreement about the new plan?
He fired the Chief Human Resources Officer
You would know if you searched UKG. Ultimate Software is an incredible, one-of-a-kind, and fantastic firm that has never existed in the United States. Four founders genuinely care about their staff. Things started to go wrong when the owners of Kronos bought Ultimate software after they retired and sold to a private company.
- Promotion that is sealed. 2. Made everyone go back to office, even those with remote roles. 3. Spill internal promotion levels into additional levels (for example, he went up to seven levels from junior to manager after four levels).
- Added additional Directors and VPs from McKinsey & Company or failing businesses such as SBN. 5. Superb performance was necessary for promotion, which subtly prevented any professional opportunities. 6. Nearly all recently hired VPs or Directors lack technical skills. They only asked staff members to submit reports; they had no ideas how the application operated. 7. Indian prejudice and outsourcing. When the Indians arrived, they exclusively employed their own people.
- Application licenses that are overused. They were punished for lying to Oracle and Microsoft about the number of licenses they had used. 9. News was concealed from the media via hacking systems. and requested a signed NDAs from the staff. 10. Great cultural traditions were lost. 11. Chris Todd is an awful boss. Definitely. He does not care about workers (keep in mind that he went to law school). Such individuals are unfit to serve as CEOs.
That's precisely what Bain wants. Fire people, squeeze out every last bit of money, and sell.
