For full context - the cost reduction was more about vehicle production costs.

I think Geoff is smart. He has figured out a way to make himself and his friends rich by milking out a company. They will continue to do so until the company is destroyed and their bags are filled. They do less to get more, while telling the employees to do more with less. That's how the rich become richer in this economy.
