Suriname is taking 10 plus years to first oil post first discovery, Uruguay will be similar and Alaska will take 7 plus…

Why are we exploring in Alaska and Uruguay when the majors themselves are backing off exploration?
It takes forever for first oil and we need immediate cash flow.
