I’m staying here until I find something else. But the months of chaos, lack of direction, and the generally bad vibe with no focus are all taking a toll on all of us. Just collecting a paycheck might work for a couple of months, but more than that leads to us, individually, losing self-confidence, productivity, and morale. I feel like I’ve just been treading water, and it’s doing me no good.

Bain Capital only sees numbers on a spreadsheet and is consolidating the business. Lipstick on a pig. You know
The drama will end once Bain Capital achieves 50% unemployment in Hillsboro, OR.
Sniveling coward
OP, if doing your job and getting a paycheck until you find your next job is so bad then just quit. Poof, toxic environment gone. Of course so is your income, grow up and deal with your life. Imagine how the people who have to deal with you feel.
Anyone not totally focused on the Board, instead trolling about fellow employees is just d-mb.
Intel is where it is due to strategy.
Every company has high and low performing line workers.
All these threads about line workers are like listening to sheep bleating.
If this is the best troll you can bring, then find a new occupation.
Toxic is the new norm …. It ain’t going away anytime soon
Guys, let’s be respectful of people in higher age group, they have given a lot to this company and intel has seen great days in the past, note I’m a young engineer so want to ensure that you don’t think some ones in different age group is writing , also note that one day you will be in similar age group and how would you feel if some belittle your contributions,so please have respect.
Get rid of all low performers of which we have a lot. Get rid of DEI i am sick and tired of it
@ac, you are the same person spewing the same cr-p in these post about the retirees, get over it!!
@ac+1jj28ybsx you mad we got a nice package and got out of that toxic environment? We didn't make the company fail; those in the C-Suite who lied to the employees, who kept padding their accounts, buying homes, cars and keeping their side piece happy..that's who you should be "thanking"; not us who dealt with all the b*s for 20+ years.
Thank the retirees and the guys who put in 30-40 years of work at intel for getting us to this place. Good work guys!
The longer you stay your value and career will go down to toilet with Intel
No.
Welcome to the thing we call life.
You are learning things while this happens. Maybe not things that are useful or that you would want to know but you are learning!
OP, try changing your attitude, stop listening to the noise, and just do your job. It’s amazing how many people can’t deal with adversity, no guarantees in life so just deal with it, and yes I would suggest you start looking for a new job.
