Hmm we’ll see. I’ve worked for companies like Dell. Their decisions and opinions change so frequently and once there’s any indication of a loss in productivity and operating costs, something will be implemented to fix that.
It’s not that I don’t believe in what you were told. I just know that companies like Dell tend to be misleading and there’s always a caveat. They either will walk back on what they say or they do the opposite of what they say at a very slow and unnoticeable pace. You may still be able to WFH but someone else may not have that luxury anymore.
