In an all hands today, it was announced that RTO 5 days a week is coming FY26 When and how is TBD. Of course like with the Sales team, no plans are available

A lot of VPs, Directors and Managers are not being told anything or are being told to wait for the go ahead to confirm. From what we know, remotes are not going to be impacted anymore than they already have been with the no promotion policy. Hybrids however we know at least a portion of them will be mandatory RTO 5 days a week.. making them no longer hybrid. It's not logical that this would impact all of Dell so what we are really waiting on is what orgs are impacted. We should be finding out the details the first couple weeks of Feb. The information is supposedly locked up until the announcement. My best guess is sales and various sales supporting teams but until you get the comm in your own email it's just a wait and see.

You know at this point I want it to hurry up and happen so y’all can stop asking. It’s going to happen. You know this. This company doesn’t give a fu-k about you, they are copycats and RTO is 100% happening. Dude it su-ks but stop, fu---n, asking. You will find out next week. No one on this site can tell you one way or the other. Just wait for the email.
