You guys are chumps. Hire contractors- make cash under the table, grow the count. Make your own bonus greater than salary. It’s honest work

Manger said engineers get 125%. told not to share but I think OK.
bonus still $10k for cloud azure engineer. My wife applies for bonus for both.
Focused on a bonus is peak poor.
