Thread regarding Microsoft Corp. layoffs

Phone screening interview process seems like a joke!

I recently had a phone screening interview with a group of four hiring managers for an EPC Projects’ Lead role. The job was a 100% match with my skill set and qualification background!
Hiring managers basically wanted me to ask more questions than asking me! Can sometime from Microsoft share what type of questions should be asked to the hiring managers - specially, when 80% of phone screening duration a candidate is expected to ask questions?
