Be it recently or not. How long were you with the company? Where you working for Optum, UHC or UHH or one of the subcontractors under them?
I see a lot of post and replied from those who have gotten laid off but they never say how long they were there or what branch they were under. Was it It or admin work or field work? Remote or in person? Above grade 24 or below?

UHG never did care about you. Used the little cog that you are up until it got too expensive. Quality means noting price does. Hard learned lesson.
20 years, always first in last to leave. Help everyone on my team and helped other teams. Worked in office until 2020 my office went remote. UHG cares nothing about you. I wish I was smart and left sooner.
Over 20 years with UHC in primarily one role. Reviews of primarily 4-5s the entirety of my career. Never on any sort of performance improvement plan. Never any issues with attendance or LOAs. Loyalty, experience, dedication gets you nothing. You are only a number and they care only about the dollars. My position was replaced with staff in India making a fraction of what I did.
