PSO was directly implicated in that as I recall. So yeah, it was on Intel.

Don't just single out Intel. The word collude means they were scheming with others like Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Intuit... the list goes on. Maybe you will want to consider this when you go looking for your next job. The companies Intel colluded with are just as bad as Intel.
Getting the checks was a perk to me, I wasn't looking to leave at that point in time.

Just by working at Intel you were inelegible to be hired at Apple and Google.
