My UK counterparts do not have this tool and they still get to WFH
This is why everyone in Europe is unemployed
Using badge data in Europe is risky too. Especially sharing it with managers for performance decisions when it hasn’t been accurate (e.g. not adjusted for work on client sites, people working part time etc..). Not having policies and training on how the data is handled and interpreted would likely be a problem if it was ever challenged
Sapience isn’t used in European offices at the moment. I believe it was at one point but had to be removed for this very reason
