So Skyhigh got rid of all initial execs and is posting ‘new’ products across Linkedin. What’s released looks more like rename what you have and sell the same old stuff with a bit of glitter. No real innovation. This usually happens when you try to pretty up the ugly bride to find her a match. My bet is that Skyhigh won’t survive the next 18 months. Looking at what happened recently in the solutions consulting space in Europe, it seems they have no technical sales skill set left? Sad to see this in my previous team.

Achieving operational goals by laying off people and “streamlining” the bottom line and calling it breakthrough is one way of marketing how to ki-l companies. Looks good on the outside, rots on the inside.
In case you missed it, Vishal just found out he's pulling double-duty heading as well as Skyhigh, effective immediately. Palma was excused. "You did an awesome job; so awesome, in fact, we don't want you doing it anymore." Innovation hasn't ben part of this, or any STG-hosted entity, since inception. It's always about churn, burn, pump, and after doing those three enough times, dump. They've been propping up their margins by firing people faster than the companies are hemorrhaging customers, but they're now running out of people to fire.
