the bottom barrel employees using BS justification day in and day out are DONE. Get back to the office if you want to continue at Intel once we are bought. The "interims" are not being honest with you, there is no CEO search its a rummage sale only.

they need to cut cost by reducing number of expensive rental office. the only solution is WFH. what talking you!?!?
Only those who are incompetent, struggle most of the time with their job, and typically rely on people around them in order to get the work done are desperate to come back to the office.
As seen very often at Intel, Indian managers hire a bunch of engineers not based on their technical competency, but solely on their Indian heritage, and then it takes months or even years to train them in even the most basic knowledge. This is how Intel ends up with over 75% being Indian.
It is Indian corruption that has destroyed Intel. The only way to fix Intel is to simply get rid of the majority of Indian managers and reduce the Indian population within the company from over 75% down to under 30%.
BTW, I am a manager from India.
WFA is a reality and it’s not going to change. Get used to it, get over it, whatever. If you don’t like the current culture at Intel, by all means quit and go work for a company that better represents your personal values. You won’t be missed
New owners are going to massively layoff intel employees in favor of their own. The WFH bunch are 100% guaranteed to be let go.
Cannot hardly wait for the Big Bang Darwin to blastout bottom barrel dwellers
Yes, I can't wait to get back to the office and microwaving week old fish for lunch and coughing on my coworkers. I never wash my hands too. I also love having team meetings in my cubicle, why use a meeting room when everyone is right there? Also I love having Team meetings without using headphones, I know everyone int the room wants to hear what's being said in the meeting.
"How do cubicles make people smarter? I never learned about the magical benefits of the cubicle in college."
didn't you see that all the professors doing research use them
and all the useless skillless 'upper' management use them
For sure there are many employees that don't do much tangible work inside the office or at home. When they WFH they probably do eff around all day. There are also employees that can't work from home and they also sit around 90% of the time they are at work doing jack sp-t.
Yes. No CEO search needed. Intel will be taken over by another company or a pair of companies.

You both should find somewhere else to work. Your bias and toxic attitudes are what is corrupting Intel culture and values. How much do you actually get done?
"But . . . but . . . I get SO much more work done working from home! I know this because of my own personal productivity tracking metrics which I won't share with anyone! Just trust me, bro!"
