Anyone know how the track/enforce it? Do they just track badge swipes/network connection, or do they also track total hours in office?

@OP+1jhwjmm5r all of the above so if you swipe in for the day but the logon remotely, it will not count as a day in the office.
network connection plus swipe, both are required for it to be counted, also they know your location whenever u login...so if they want enforce...
Not understanding the question and why paid time off, sick days and holidays would count towards an in office day .. hmm do you usually go to the office on these days :-)
I think someone who posted this has a good sense of humour
@1jn+1jhwjmm5r Where are you hearing that from? Also, you say 100% return to work but then say hybrid work status. Do you just mean they are planning to eliminate remote work and move those people to the current hybrid format?
There will be a 100% return to work policy issued in the coming weeks. Those who currently enjoy telecommuter status will need to make arrangements for their new hybrid work status.
They just keep track of the swipes. I have teammates that drive to creekside, swipe, and go back home. their managers are at SOC or TD Terrace and are quite happy their staff is in the office twice a week - LOL.
@hb+1jhwjmm5r Thanks. Do you know if paid time off, sick days and holidays count towards an in office day?
I heard it's tracking by badge taps plus network connection location. I haven't heard anything about tracking total number of hours at the office. I see some people show up around 9:30 am and disappear by 3:00 pm and nobody seems to have a concern about that.
