Does anyone know if the second class employees (remote workers) are even going to get a bonus this year (or a percentage)? What is the HR directive for managers?

Our whole team is remote, manager included. We should all be getting 100% from my understanding. I guess we will find out soon. As far as remotes being 2nd class citizens.. they are not aloud to apply to other teams or get any new position that requires applying for. They have had their careers stopped - cannot move. The only promotion they can get is from the manager out of the team budget for raises.
ALthough managers have too much discression in what percentage of a bonus someone gets, they will be opening themselves to a lawsuit if they reduce or eliminate it for some people unless they can document and justify why it's reduced
Remotes will eventually become a pejorative with dell exec class.
