Intel hired a lot of GlobalFoundries people in the past 4 years They are really BAD, already corrupted Intel. Do not get in touch with GlobalFoundries, their people are more liers and cheaters. Do not let GlobalFoundries send Intel to its final death, what a shame.

It doesn’t matter that global foundries is owned by UAE. There are so many ways to make an ownership deal to keep US based and owned.
Basically could be a partnership, where GF takes over TD/ mfg and Qualcomm takes over design.
AMD would probably be vexed, but hey they clearly have no interest. Additionally, this is also about volume and mix. With Qualcomm we can scale a more diverse set of products and have higher utilization.
Elon is probably just being brought in as an advisor.
A 4 way? Not into that.
But, it may make sense if Intel foundry and GF are under the same roof (antitrust can be bypassed for national security concerns) with Intel Products and Qualcomm merging and become the "anchor" customer.
The merger will be funded by a meme coin called 'bunny'

Verified. Looks like they’re putting together a takeover bid. Qualcomm and global foundries kind of makes sense. Maybe will rerun the combined company. Kind of makes sense.
To be precise, only if US semiconductor manufacturing can be saved. The road does not have to go through Intel.
