Handing in notice and RSU, bonus

I'm sure many people here are finding other jobs and getting ready to leave after they have bonuses and shares vested.

Guess my question is, when can you hand in your notice and still get paid? If you are serving your notice, can you still get your bonus and can shares still vest, or do you have to wait until the day after you are paid and then quit

Cant see anything on HR docs to spell this out no surprise

March 21st is the estimated date for the FY25 Bonus payout. I would wait until March 21st to put in your notice.

As above, wait until the money is in the bank / stocks vested. Don't worry about notice. You can walk out of the building the same day. No on is offended at this point if you don't give any notice. The directive from the top is that there is "no bad attrition" - they are just happy you are heading out the door and don't have to pay severance. Might be tricky to work in vacation days, but if you can put in 2 weeks of vacation post March 21st and get it approved, why the he-l not! Though may be a little sus....

What I did 2 years ago was to wait until I got my Bonus paid and then gave same day notice. My manager was pi---d, but heck I had another job and really didn't care.

Wait until that money is in your bank. Take vacation time and give 1 day notice. You owe them nothing.

You have to wait 100%. Not sure about RSU's but it outlines the T&C's for the bonus payouts and if you leave voluntarily or are fired before the actual payout, you aren't entitled to anything. You MUST be employed on that bonus payday to receive it. Only exception is people who are offered packages, have historically received a prorated % of their bonus payout as part of their layoff package.
