- Stop all the real-estate sales
- Mandate return to office.
- Employees who want to work from home, should work for some other company.
- Hire a Foundry CEO who actually understands transistor development.
- Hire a Product CEO who actually understands the future of computing.
- Stop all the crazy Capex spend in Ohio, Germany and elsewhere
- Stop/cancel all the deals with private equity (Brookfield/Apollo)
- Motivate the troops. Only the paranoid survive.
