I'm a Sr manager. We no longer have the ability to reward our people with nice things like, "take off a couple hours early to start your long weekend, you earned it!" Because sapience and badge swipe reports in the nosebleed section of management will call it out and all of will be let go for it.

managers don't allow leave early for MLK or Juneteenth, not sure why they would single those two out.
Remember when managers said to leave early for a three day weekend?
