If all these rumors turn out to be false about RTO, I seriously hope someone's getting canned.

RTO is simply a rumor mill. Dell does not have the physical infrastructure to support a full 5-day RTO. The "announcement" that it's going to happen right now is horse sh-t.
I would think that any remotes within a certain distance will just be made on site easily enough
The amount of remotes that are in locations too far from an office and that would have to relocate is quiet small and dell would have no problem getting rid of that small number
@ak+1jhrvadp2 are you planning to post this comment to every topic?
I love all these RTO-deniers.
They cant seem to read the room.
Dell is not innovative nor cerebral. Working at dell is a mind-hive. No free thought. Not coming into the office is bucking the mind-hive as far as JC and MD is concerned.
what org was the town hall and who said it?
If they sack everyone remote it's just going to cost a fortune re-hiring in major office areas. Makes no sense why they would unless they've got a fortune to spend.
Obvious question... what town hall?
I mean, I would LOVE it if it was false rumors. I don’t want this to be true.
I heard it during a town hall today. It’s happening. No im not a troll that got laid off a year ago and don’t have a life like half of these degenerates on here.
It’s happening starting very soon.
read the room barney. It's inevitable as the future
