I’ll comply unless I have to relocate. Relocating these days is a costly yet futile endeavor - you'll likely lose your job anyway soon after you make the move. I'll take the RTO as seriously as leadership is taking us, and the company for that matter, and just use the time in the office to look for another job. The moment I find something, I’ll be gone.

There will not be one week to comply for remotes, this is just lies from the same poster over and over
Remotes will be given months to relocate
