@ax He was one of the best CIOs we have had in this Compnay. I have worked here for 22 years and he was most approachable, empathetic CIO who knew what he was talking about. I miss him.

He was fired at Chase. And now at Citi. I agree that he and his cronies made a mess of the place while he hid behind his smile and flashy style. He was very political and not to be trusted. Good riddance. Now they need to get rid of his cronies!

Those supporting him here are either those that benefited from him at work or otherwise. Shadman ran out of God father air-cover at Citi when few months ago some of the dirty laundry got publicly exposed which resulted in this outcome. Citi knew for long that Shadman and his puppets were not aligned with anything ethical, but have been not doing anything until it became public. In over 20 years, never seen anything as Shadman was. Shadman played the good cop and has his puppets play the bad cop. When they failed, he saved them. This is what he has been doing for this long . obviously he needs to find another God father to find his next gig . It is definitive that any other company will not tolerate as much as Citi did with Shadman and his supporters. Waiting for Citi to clean the floor removing all those Directors and MDs he promoted who could dance to his tunes.

Now there’s no way he’s leaving to work somewhere else for more money.
After all he said that “we should just focus on work and not worry about chasing more money elsewhere”.
