WPP Fights RTO

Anyone else following what the WPP employees are doing to fight back RTO? I know so many are organizing already within the employees at JPMC, excited to further our voice and needs. Dimon speaks about progression and being ahead of the game to the press constantly. He's so detached and delusional to what every day people are experiencing. He's just another billionaire wanting a fan club and thinks we'll be his bc he pays us. Hardly. He's this old regressive presence that his employees can't wait to be rid of. Bring in the progressive, forward thinking leaders. Remote Work is here to stay.

Who will leave? Most of them are H1 in a team. Do they prefer to leave if they have perm filed with the company? They all found their sweet spot. For example a manager who is on H1 has 90% H1 based employees , reporting to him. Also they form a group among them and the manager practices favoritism on rating and keep all of them under control. So nothing will reach higher ups , every single word what they speak is rehearsed well in advance before it’s spoken in a meeting where there is key audience.

Time to vote against board member comp packages since it's the only collective voice they will hear

Did you not read the WSJ article? CFOJeremy clearly says they have hired too many employees which has increases inefficiency, all these are ways for employees to leave and reduce headcount.
