They can always go back to being counter managers at the store level.

Nope, not just directors. some beauty account coordinators too.
So just Beauty field directors. Not all, about 30%. Each division will have 1 instead of 2.
Not surprised. My guess is that eventually some corporate office jobs that were split by brand will be combined
What cuts? I’m sure the people affected would say if this is true or not
