Long-standing customer here sorry to hear about layoffs with city. They must be moving US jobs over to India because eight phone calls to the customer service line 8 different Indians that are on not understandable leads to no resolution of the customer problem. Good to know that laying off US employees will lead to this level of service for your US customers and your other customers congratulations citi it’s working

Good let’s hope Citi is bought by Indian bank then it’s great for all. Most likely this is possibility which is why Jane is stacking Indians in senior posts.

My dad has the same issue. He's 90 and can't understand the broken English. If you ask your customer service representative to transfer your call to an "on-shore" US-based customer service center they will do that for you.
