I've seen multiple relevel's across a few teams. They are updated on Workday.
Yes. That’s what my boss said too. Releveling is done already but not see anyone changed title
I don't think it's overt releveling of C level, but passive impact to total compensation with vague explanation. Are you taking home less bonus, less/no raise, lower 401k match, another year with no promo, etc.? You are being re/down-leveled.
I think someone made it up. I have not heard a thing to prove that this is actually happening. And watching this board, neither has anyone else.
I havent heard anything. I am wondering if re-leveling is even true. I brought it up with some colleagues who is also looking to jump ship from Citi, and they havent heard about it
