I got no training, no awareness, nobody explained my anything about PLM but I'm forced to use it. Unfriendly environment, new windows continuously popping up. Its excruciating.

I could say the same for 10-20 other systems, but at least with PLM, if you were to call the helpline, hopefully they'd tell you that there is a Training section before you log in if you scroll down. There are videos on searching, etc. They may appear old, but the funcrionality has been the same for years.
Right now, my laptop has 19 tabs open.
17 are frozen and I don't know where the music is coming from.
