IT quietly using chatgpt to respond to you

Had a strange issue recently where we created a support ticket. The ticket was technical in nature. Most of the responses we got back made absolutely no sense but were made in such a confident way. Confidently wrong is the term i would use.

It was embaressingly wrong. If I wanted to talk to chatgpt i would go to chatgpt.

Talking to IT is just talking to chatgpt with more steps now

We're using digital assistants on dozens of internal support platforms now and have been for a couple of years now.
